A Paraffin Dispersant That Keeps the Wax Moving.

The problem with melting paraffin is that it resolidifies at the next cold spot. A dispersant's job is different: break the wax into particles small enough to stay suspended and carry them out with the water. Hasten Cleanse does that with a water-based, non-flammable chemistry, with heat and circulation, on surface equipment. It is not a downhole inhibitor.

Suspended, not melted. Small particles that stay in the water and leave with it.
Surface equipment. Tanks, flowlines, heater treaters, separators, pumping units.

Where and How

Stock tanks

Hot circulation or spray at 1:10 to 1:20.

Flowlines

Batch or circulation with hot water.

Treaters and separators

Circulate hot during cleanout.

Limits

Hard, cold wax bonded to steel needs heat or mechanical breakup first. It is not a solvent.

What Hasten Cleanse does not do

It is not a solvent and not a caustic. It will not dissolve, melt, or strip material that is physically bonded or baked onto a surface: scale, rust, hardened deposits, coatings. It lifts hydrocarbons, oil, grease, crude, sludge, and paraffin, by emulsifying them, and it needs agitation, circulation, pressure, or heat to do that work. If your problem is a stuck-on solid rather than a hydrocarbon film or residue, tell us and we will say so.

Concentrate and Packaging

No added bacteriaNothing in the pail is alive. Hasten Cleanse feeds the microbes you already have, in a treatment plant, a separator, or the soil, instead of competing with them.
Full concentrateSold as concentrate and diluted on site, 1:10 for heavy residue to 1:50 for light. Compare products by working gallons per drum, not by the drum.
No flash point, no placardsWater-based and non-flammable. Ships as standard freight in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon totes, and bulk. Gulf Coast delivery in one to two days.

Paraffin Dispersant Questions, Answered Straight

Dispersant or inhibitor?

Dispersant, for surface equipment. Inhibitors are injected downhole to keep wax from forming. Different job.

Does it need heat?

It works best with hot water, 140 to 160 degrees, and agitation.

Will the wax come back?

Suspended wax leaves with the water rather than resolidifying downstream. Repeat interval depends on the well.

Flash point?

None. Water-based.

Packaging?

Pails, drums, totes, bulk. Standard freight.

Wax on Surface Equipment?
